This Jin Jun Mei Black Tea is a competition grade level tea made up exclusively of pure buds. A strong body with a powerful aroma, this tea is pregnant with flavor. It is a Spring 2020 pick from Tong Mu Guan village in Fujian Province, which is the most famous area for Jin Jun Mei. The Competition is a delicate and special tea — a uniquely excellent Jin Jun Mei particular to the conditions leading up to the picking that season. Try brewing at 85-90 C in the first few steeps.
