This beautiful Gaiwan is perfect for brewing Puerh or Oolong. Sheng Puerh in particular shines with Qin Zhou Nixing Clay, but Shou is well suited, too! If you clean it out thoroughly with warm water after each use (which is easy to do with a Gaiwan), you can try it with multiple tea types and see what you like best!
